Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Little Art School. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Pro-rata options are available for selected classes as indicated on the class detail page.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the term or course start date will receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the term or course start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student or class at our discretion.
- Refunds are not provided for missed individual sessions within a term.
- If The Little Art School must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be provided.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
- Please ensure students arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for the timely drop-off and pick-up of students at the designated venue.
4. Health and Safety
- Parents/Guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at the time of enrollment.
- The Little Art School maintains a safe environment, but we are not responsible for personal injuries occurring during class activities.
5. Conduct and Property
- We expect students to treat tutors, fellow students, and the venue's property with respect.
- Any damage to the venue or equipment caused by a student's negligence may be charged to the parent/guardian.
6. Photography
We may occasionally take photographs of students' completed artworks for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media. We do not take photographs of students' faces or identifying features without explicit additional consent.
